Global Climate and Energy palnning in Brazil

Resumo

Men's intervention on nature is such, that it could lead to planetary catastrophes. The scientific community has published their worries about it. Such worries result from a complex association ofwell established theories, experimental data with some margin of error and polemical "ad hoc" models. Three of those questions have been raised recently: the nuclear winter, the hole on the ozone layer and the greenhouse effect. It will be interesting to make parallels among them, to introduce the subject of this paper.
